Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, providing the item(s) are returned in the same condition they were sold and dispatched in, at the expense of the returnee. Any return requests after this 14 day period will not be accepted. 

Cancellations are accepted if confirmed before products have been shipped. After shipping, the returns policy above is applicable. 

Damaged items should be taken up with the shipping company directly. Once the item is shipped, it is out of my control; however, I do my utmost to ensure a safe delivery - biodegradable bubble wrap is used for all crystals and extra paper padding is used within the box. 

I am not responsible for any customs fees if shipping internationally - any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
